At Sasto Bazzar we strive to provide high‑quality products and an excellent shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy outlines how you can return items and receive a refund.
Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
The item must be in its original condition – unopened, undamaged, and with all original tags, accessories, and packaging.
Products that are personalized, perishable, or marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
For orders shipped within Kathmandu, we offer a free return pickup service.
For orders outside Kathmandu, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
All returns must be shipped using a trackable method. Keep the receipt and tracking number until the refund is processed.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the inspection result via email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5‑7 business days.
Refunds will include the product price but exclude any shipping fees, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
If you prefer an exchange for a different size, colour, or model, please follow the return steps above and place a new order for the desired item. Once the original item is received and inspected, we will process the refund for the returned item.
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and either ship a replacement or issue a full refund, including any original shipping charges.
